WHAT to EXPECT
Our couples want a personalized wedding, so the investment on each of the weddings we produce hinge on your style and your preferences. Are you a minimalist or maximalist with your decor? Are you inclined towards a three-course dinner or are you wanting a fine-dining experience complete with wine pairings? Are you wanting just a band or DJ, or a compilation of entertainment experiences throughout your wedding? We will guide you in envisioning your wedding day, define your expectations, and aim to surpass those benchmarks.
The cost will fluctuate based on various factor preferences, such as: Location, Production Needs, Design, Logistics, Food and Beverage, Entertainment.
As a guideline, A Day To Remember clients will ordinarily budget between $700 to $1.5K per guest for full planning experiences.
The weddings featured throughout our website and on social media begin at $100K.

While we excel at producing tented weddings, our specialty and preference lie in indoor or outdoor venues, including ballrooms, private estates, beachfronts, and garden settings.

Communication is vital to us, and we operate with complete transparency, prioritizing the mutual trust we share with our clients. Money matters are openly discussed during our discovery calls and are required to ensure we are a good fit for each other.
Our primary focus is ensuring you are at ease and feeling confident throughout the entire planning process. Each expense or spending decision is discussed with you, ensuring there are no surprises. We take the responsibility of managing your wedding budget very serious.

PLANNING FEE
To uphold our commitment to a personalized approach, A Day To Remember limits itself to planning no more than ten weddings annually.
Our planning fee is tailored to reflect the specific scope and scale of your event, with a base minimum of $15K, including a percentage of the overall wedding spend for full planning and design. We do offer limited Event Management services with a base minimum of $5K, including a percentage of the overall wedding spend.
