1. REACH OUT

The first step is huge — it's the decision to reach out to me because something spoke to you about our work, our planning style and what we communicated to you through our website. Perhaps the recommendation of a trusted friend, vendor, or venue was what empowered you to contact us to plan or manage your wedding.

Once you reach out, we send a short, yet valuable questionnaire, allowing us to learn more about, ensuring we can assist you in achieving your wedding day goals.

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT:

Our questionnaire helps us help you discover preliminary, yet important information before our call. Your time is VALUABLE to us, so we want to have as much information to maximize our call!

2. SCHEDULE A CALL

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet in person or over a video call! We'll learn more about each other and we will gain further insight into what you're looking for in your wedding planner or wedding manager, as well as your vision for your wedding day.

It is very important for us to have both of you, and anyone else involved in the decision-making process for your wedding, as we will be with you all every step of the way leading up to your BIG day.

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT:

You can't fake chemistry during our in person or video call! :) Conversations like this will help build trust, which is one of the most important driving values of our planning business.

If we mutually agree we are a great fit, then let's seal the deal and make things official!

Securing your date is as easy as signing an agreement and sending your Initial Payment via our secured online payment options! A signed agreement and payment ensures your desired date is exclusively yours!

 As we get started with the planning, we highly encourage you to come in with an open heart and an open mind, and perhaps a glass or two of bubbly in hand!

  1. GETTING STARTED

    As we begin to navigate the wedding planning experience, know that we are all about our couples and love communication! We are going to become BFFs. We will be that person who will get excited about all the wedding planning details, from the dress to the stationery. We will squeal in delight because we love and breathe weddings. We will be your sounding board and that person to vent off about wedding details nobody else will “get”.

  2. PLANNING

    As we start through the planning, we will begin with the dirty little details of budget breakdowns before we can get to the fun and fabulous of design and planning your BIG day! We will have lots of conversations, some even over drinks. Once budget and design planning is approved, we will get started with all the bookings!

  3. YOUR WEDDING PLANNING TIMELINE

    We will curate a personalized wedding planning timeline, exclusive to your needs and your time frame. We will go through it, fine-tune the core details and provide worksheets along the way. Our couples have found these tools and this process very comforting, knowing we have all the details covered.

  4. SOUNDS OF SILENCE

    Depending on your wedding timeline, we may experience a sound of silence, but that’s ok! This is your time to recharge and focus on that thing called life! We will be working behind-the-scenes, compiling info, matching you with the best vendors and other daunting details. Silence can be golden, however we understand you may want to check-in. Our door is ALWAYS open to you, so you are always welcome to reach out at your leisure!

  5. MEETINGS + CALLS

    We never want you feeling as though you have a limitation on meetings or calls with us. You are important to us and your peace of mind is our number one priority. We will have scheduled required meetings [initial plan of action, mid-planning check-ins and final walk-throughs], but if you ever feel we need additional meetings or video conferencing, our doors are ALWAYS open!

1. THE WEEK OF

We’re fine-tuning all the last-minute logistical details with our team from final vendor walk-throughs to last minute errands.

You, on the other hand, are enjoying your last week by indulging in some self-care — Mani/pedis with the gals, grooming sesh with the guys, entertaining out of town family members who are coming in.

If we are handling your rehearsal dinner, then we are finalizing all the details for you and your guests!

We will assemble the swag bags for all your out of town guests and have them delivered to the hotels.

Whether your getting married in a church or same space as your reception, we’ll be there to orchestrate your Rehearsal, ensuring everyone knows their role and feel confident standing by your side.

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT:

We want you feeling confident and at ease leading up to your BIG day. Not worrying about details, allows you to be in the moment, not just for your wedding, but leading up to your day, setting the tone for your wedding day!

2. YOUR WEDDING DAY

We wake up on the morning of your wedding, elated to be the lucky people to be there for you on your BIG day! No, seriously, it’s how we truly feel!

You will receive our first text of the day wishing you a “Happy Wedding Day!” Know you are the first and only thing we are thinking about that day!

We will be the first to arrive to your venue[s] and will be the last to leave after every guest has made their way home.

If there are any hiccups, you will not know about them. Let me repeat. YOU WILL NOT KNOW ABOUT THEM. We will have smiles on our face, spreading positive energy all around! We will be sharing in your joy with your family and friends!

We love what we do, are passionate about our job and most importantly live vicariously through you!

All this adds to your comfort level and confidence with and in us. We've been told many times, our positive energy, fun personality and warm + welcoming spirit has set a fabulous tone all day!

3. AFTER THE WEDDING

You are both reminiscing about your wedding day, soaking in the special moments, just enjoying life! Family and friends have blown up your phones and social media talking about the BEST WEDDING EVER!

Pictures from loved ones start pouring in and all you guys can think about is how perfect YOUR day was. You took in all those moments, all those details, like the room reveal we provided you just before your guests entered the reception space. Setting time to allow you to practice your first dance, with no guests, allowing you a moment with your spouse and having your photographer document those special moments.

Yes, we are all about the details, even after the wedding, where we ensure all rented pieces get returned, all your wedding gifts and wedding items [such as toasting flutes, guest book, etc.] returned back to you.

We want you to always look back on your wedding day and smile, knowing it was everything you wanted and more!
