Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing information about your company and services! We are part of an incredible industry filled with talented and creative professionals. We're always excited to learn from and collaborate with amazing businesses to better serve our clients.

As you can imagine, we receive many requests from vendors. To ensure we get to know you properly before referring you to our clients, we have established a process for vendor introductions.

  • Join our database! Please fill out our form so we have your information on file.

    Send us via email:

    • Marketing materials

    • Pricing

    • Your process

    • Who is your ideal client; how you believe your business aligns with our ideal client!

    • Forms you send to your clients

    • A process for working with us, the planners

If you’re a venue, we’d love you to also include the following:

    • Inventory list [tables + sizes, chairs, etc.]

    • Blank floor plans [bonus if you include measurements]

    • Your criteria for working in your space

AS OUR POLICY, WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT SIGN AGREEMENTS WITH ANY VENDOR AND VENUE, ACCEPT KICKBACKS OR OFFER DISCOUNT OF OUR SERVICES.

We only accept digital marketing kits. While we don't expect you to try to win us over, we don't want to deny you the pleasure of gifting us something—if that is in your nature! We understand how costly that can be.

We are most impressed by how you run your business, your professionalism, a beautiful and cohesive website, an eye-catching Instagram feed, and a professional email address. We believe in the philosophy, "We do business with people we love!" So, building a connection is important because, more than likely, we won’t just become collaborative partners but good friends!

If you feel you absolutely must gift our team, please know that, as a collective, we love:

    • Ketel One Vodka

    • A good Mezcal

    • A good Cab or Pinot Noir

    • Quality coffee beans [not Starbucks or other chains — we support local coffee houses], preferably a South American roast.

    • Dark chocolate

    • Spa days filled with massages, manis and/or pedis! :)

Again, we are not expecting gifts, but if you are going to gift, this is a helpful list our team enjoys!

  • We are WIPA and NACE, attend Engage! and PartySlate events, so if you see one of us at any of these events, come up to us and say “hey!” We do our best to have someone present in as many networking events as we can. If you’re hosting an open house, let us know. We can’t guarantee we will attend, but if we do, we do want to come say hi. You can include our whole team with an email invite at info@daytoremember.net.

We always encourage vendors to host planner events — especially venues [planner luncheons, etc.]. Gathering more than one of us at a time is fruitful in numerous ways, and most efficient for you! We learn from other planners [yes, we do chat and many of us are friends] what they have liked about your services, how they’ve used you and how it all went! Planner events allow us to hear more specifically from you while catching up with others in our industry.

  • Please tell us about your product and service. Is this something we can experience ourselves? There’s no better advocate for your product or service than someone who has experienced it personally. How can we experience what you have to offer? We definitely need to see you in action! We host vendor-sponsored events, as well as editorial and styled shoots each year; if you’re interested in participating, let us know.

Regarding editorial and styled shoots, we do not invest time in these projects without agreements from each of our collaborative partners and a clear understanding of all responsibilities. A Day To Remember does not invest financially in any editorial or styled shoots intended for publication features or marketing; we expect the same from our participating collaborators. When A Day To Remember is commissioned for any editorial or styled shoots, all parties involved will be compensated accordingly.

  • It’s no secret we love our coffee, but to be honest, we can’t meet with every vendor for a coffee date. Please trust us, we understand the importance of getting to know each other, and we respect your time as much as ours. Developing a relationship and ensuring alignment are priorities before investing extensive one-on-one time. As much as we'd enjoy spending a full day chatting in coffee shops, our commitment to our clients means we need to be available to them via email, meetings, and phone calls. Please understand if we decline a coffee date—no offense intended!

THANK YOU

If you've made it this far, then thank you for taking the time to learn about our process! We sincerely appreciate your efforts. We understand the challenges of promoting yourself and making your mark in the industry. At A Day To Remember, we prioritize creative professionals who strive to stand out, impress us, and truly understand our vision.
